Shipping policy

What it costs

Lagos — ₦9,000. Everywhere else in Nigeria — ₦20,000. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and is added to the price of the goods.

We do not currently offer free delivery above any order value.

How long it takes

Lagos — about 2 working days. Elsewhere in Nigeria — 3 to 5 working days.

Times run from when your payment clears, not from when you place the order, and exclude weekends and public holidays. Made-to-measure orders take about 5 working days to make before delivery begins.

Who delivers

We dispatch with FedEx. You will be given a tracking reference once your parcel is collected.

Outside Nigeria

We do ship abroad. to confirm: the countries you ship to, the charge for each, and who pays import duty. Prices on this site are in naira only, and any duty or tax charged on arrival is the customer's responsibility.

If you are not there

The courier will attempt delivery and contact you on the number you gave at checkout. Please give a number that will be answered. Parcels returned to us because nobody could be reached can be sent again at the original delivery charge.

Checking your order

Please open your parcel and check the shoes on a clean surface when they arrive. If anything is wrong, tell us within 5 days — the same window as returns.
